Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains what information is handled when you use Eaglercrack (the “site”). In short: we don’t have accounts, we don’t ask you for personal information, and we don’t run analytics. The site does rely on third-party services to deliver games, described below.

Who we are

Eaglercrack, operated by <your name or business name>, is a website for playing free browser games. Questions about this policy: <a real inbox you check>.

Information we collect

Games and third-party services

Games on Eaglercrack are supplied by a third-party game library (LuminSDK). When you open a page that lists or plays games, your browser loads the library’s code from the jsDelivr content network and then loads game files and images from the library provider’s servers. Those companies receive your IP address and technical details about your browser and device, as any website you visit would, and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies.

The game library may also try to load third-party measurement tools. We use security settings that block scripts from sources we haven’t approved, but we can’t guarantee what the games themselves do once they are running. Games are created by other people; please don’t enter personal information into a game.

Advertising

Eaglercrack does not currently show advertisements. We may in the future show ads from Google AdSense. If we do, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads, and we will update this policy beforehand. You will be asked for your choice before ad cookies are used, and you can manage ads personalization at Google’s Ads Settings or optout.aboutads.info. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services here.

Cookie and advertising preferences

You can change your advertising choice at any time below. If advertising is off on the site, there is nothing to set. You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; the game library or games may not work correctly if you do.

Advertising is currently turned off on this site, so there is no advertising preference to set.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers described above (our hosting provider and, for games, the game library provider) as needed to run the site. If we later turn on personalized advertising, we will update this policy and provide any opt-out required by law.

Children

The site is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email <a real inbox you check> and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

Because we hold almost no personal information, there is little to access or delete, but you may ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing <a real inbox you check>. Residents of some US states (for example California) have additional rights over their personal information, including to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing; we will honor valid requests under applicable law.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and uses security headers to limit what can run on it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of third-party games.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
